Leah Berger – Chief Counsel, Arrowhead Intermediaries

SAN DIEGO, Jul. 28, 2026 – Arrowhead Intermediaries (Arrowhead) today announced the appointment of Leah Berger as Chief Counsel. In this role, Berger will lead legal strategy and provide counsel across the organization.

Berger will serve on Arrowhead’s leadership team to support the continued growth and evolution of the organization, providing strategic legal guidance across corporate initiatives, business operations, governance and regulatory matters.

“Leah is an invaluable part of our business, bringing the legal insights, strategic mindset and collaborative approach needed to support an organization of our size and complexity,” said Steve Boyd, chief executive officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. “As we continue building a diverse platform for the global insurance market, Leah’s leadership will help strengthen alignment across our businesses, support our continued growth and enhance the value we deliver to our customers, carrier partners and teammates.”

Berger brings more than 20 years of legal experience spanning insurance and reinsurance, specialty products, corporate governance, regulatory matters, privacy and cybersecurity compliance and complex business transactions. She joined the organization in 2024 as senior counsel, corporate and transactions, where she provided legal guidance supporting the organization’s continued growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Arrowhead, Berger held senior legal leadership roles with several global specialty (re)insurance organizations, including serving as deputy general counsel at Vantage Risk, senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Aspen Insurance and vice president and associate general counsel at Allied World. Throughout her career, she has advised U.S. and international insurance organizations on strategic growth initiatives, corporate transactions, governance, compliance and regulatory matters.

Berger’s appointment reflects Arrowhead Intermediaries’ continued investment in the leadership and infrastructure needed to support its next phase of growth. “I’m honored to step into this expanded role at such an exciting time for Arrowhead Intermediaries,” said Berger. “Our organization has a tremendous foundation built on specialized capabilities, trusted relationships and entrepreneurial businesses. I look forward to partnering with our teams to support responsible growth, strengthen collaboration across the platform and continue delivering solutions that create value for our customers, agents, brokers and carrier partners.”
