Arrowhead Intermediaries appoints Katie Davis as Chief Marketing Officer

Leadership move reinforces the firm’s commitment to unify its global platform and strengthen the customer experience

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 21, 2026 – Arrowhead Intermediaries (Arrowhead) today announced the appointment of Katie Davis as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Davis will oversee the global marketing strategy across Arrowhead Intermediaries and its three divisions: Arrowhead Programs, Bridge Specialty Group, and Arrowhead Specialty. She will lead initiatives to drive brand integration, data-driven marketing, and customer experience innovation across the platform.

Davis, a veteran marketer, has served as CMO of Arrowhead Programs since 2024. She brings extensive marketing transformation and leadership experience in highly regulated industries and Fortune 500 companies – from financial services to defense – equipping her to elevate Arrowhead’s brand and digital strategy in the complex insurance sector.

Davis’ appointment as CMO comes as Arrowhead Intermediaries continues to invest in strategic growth and integration of the businesses that came together late last year to form the platform. The collective enterprise placed over $20 billion in premium in 2025, making it one of the largest insurance intermediaries globally. Davis’ mandate will include building a high-impact marketing function while streamlining the brand and digital customer experience across the platform.
