Leadership expansion supports continued growth and integration across Arrowhead Intermediaries’ Specialty businesses
SAN DIEGO, Feb 18, 2026 – Arrowhead Specialty, a division of Arrowhead Intermediaries, today announced the appointment of Jimmy Curcio as Executive Vice President, a key leadership move that strengthens the business’s ability to capture significant growth opportunities across its portfolio.
In this new role, Curcio will partner closely with president Matt Power and the senior leadership team to drive sustained growth and support seamless integration across the organization. Curcio has been a strategic leader within Arrowhead since joining Arrowhead Programs in 2018. He most recently served as the chief strategy & analytics officer for Arrowhead Intermediaries and, previously, for Arrowhead Programs.
Before joining Arrowhead, he held leadership roles at Munich Re, where he focused on insurance programs, actuarial and business development. His deep experience in strategy, analytics, and cross-business execution positions him well to help lead Arrowhead Specialty through its next phase of expansion.
