Chris Walker

Chairman, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Chris Walker serves as Chairman of Arrowhead Intermediaries. Since joining Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2003, Walker has overseen key facets of the business, including strategic development, product expansion, acquisitions, operations, and infrastructure. Most recently, he held dual roles as CEO of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. and President of Arrowhead Programs, one of the largest portfolio of insurance program business worldwide. Additionally, Walker is Executive Vice President and a member of the operating committee at Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO).

Before his tenure at Arrowhead, Walker was Vice Chairman of AON Re, as well as Chairman and CEO of E.W. Blanch Holdings, a publicly traded reinsurance intermediary. He previously served as Chairman of the Brokers and Reinsurance Markets Association.

Steve Boyd

Chief Executive Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Steve Boyd serves as Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. Prior to this role, Boyd was the President of Bridge Specialty Group, a prominent global insurance wholesaler. Throughout his career at Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO), he has held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Technology, Innovation, and Digital Strategy; President and Chief Operating Officer of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc.; and Executive Vice President and member of the operating committee.

Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.

Tom Kussurelis

Tom Kussurelis is President of Arrowhead Programs, one of the largest portfolios of insurance program business worldwide. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Arrowhead Intermediaries.

Since joining Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2015, Kussurelis has driven growth and enhanced program efficiency through innovation and strategic leadership. His prior experience spans underwriting, sales, program management, business development, operations, governance, and enterprise risk. He has held executive roles at CorePointe Insurance Company, Heidi Kussurelis Agency, Zurich, and Universal Underwriters Group.

Kussurelis holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University and has completed business programs at MIT, Northwood University, Northwestern University, and Yale.

Anurag Batta

President, Bridge Specialty Group;

Anurag Batta is President of Bridge Specialty Group, a global insurance wholesaler. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Arrowhead Intermediaries.

Prior to his new leadership appointment, Batta served as Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Specialty Group, overseeing business operations, contract binding and small brokerage segments. Since joining the organization, he has led profitable growth through organic and inorganic initiatives, advanced the firms operating model and championed talent development.

Earlier in his career, Batta was Chief Operating Officer at Zurich North America. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and completed executive leadership programs at IMD in Switzerland.

Matthew F. Power

President, Arrowhead Specialty;

Matthew F. Power is President of Arrowhead Specialty, a newly launched division of Arrowhead Intermediaries.

Prior to joining Arrowhead, Power was the President of One80 Intermediaries, acquired by Brown & Brown, Inc. in 2025. At One80, he led innovation, specialization, and program development to meet evolving market demands. Earlier in his career, Power served as Executive Vice President of Lexington Insurance Company, one of the strongest and most stable excess & surplus carriers.

Power earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School. He serves on the boards of The New England Council, The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Massachusetts College of Management Advisory Board.

John Carrozza

Chief Financial Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

John Carrozza serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations. His responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial reporting to drive growth and profitability.

Carrozza brings extensive experience from his tenure at Thomson Reuters and Trepp, where he held executive roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer across the financial services, global news, and commercial real estate sectors. At Brown & Brown Inc., he contributed to both the wholesale and retail divisions, launching Cyber Affinity programs and expanding virtual office capabilities to better serve small to mid-market clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.

Tony Cacchione

Chief Information Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Tony Cacchione is Chief Information Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. In his role, Cacchione drives technology strategy and innovation across the enterprise, overseeing digital platforms, data systems, and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.

Most recently he served as the Chief Information Officer of Bridge Specialty Group, where he successfully led transformation projects that have benefited teammates, customers, and the wholesale division. Cacchione brings extensive technological experience from top firms, including Zurich and QBE.

Cacchione holds a degree from Villanova University.

Joe Shomphe

Chief Technology Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Joe Shomphe is Chief Technology Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. In this role, Shomphe is responsible for defining the overall technical strategies for Arrowhead’s core application architecture and information technology infrastructure, as well as overseeing internal and external customer support.

Shomphe joined Arrowhead in 2008 as a Software Architect and most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer for Arrowhead Programs. He has worked closely with Arrowhead’s technology and executive teams to ensure the company receives the highest technical solutions for agents, carriers and policyholders. Since 2009, Shomphe oversaw Arrowhead’s IT and IS infrastructure from the physical storage and servers all the way up to the application code used to communicate with Arrowhead’s agents and carriers.

Shomphe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Skidmore College.

Jimmy Curcio

Chief Strategy & Analytics Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Jimmy Curcio is Chief Strategy & Analytics Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. Curcio leads strategy and analytics for Arrowhead, overseeing product development and growth strategy, including actuarial, CAT modeling, data science and MGA acquisitions.

Before joining Arrowhead in 2018, Curcio held leadership positions at Munich Re, where he focused on insurance programs, actuarial strategy and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Business Science in Statistics from Rutgers University.

Rachael Hudson

Senior Vice President of Data Strategy & Business Intelligence, Arrowhead Intermediaries

Rachael Hudson is Senior Vice President of Data Strategy & Business Intelligence of Arrowhead Intermediaries. In her role, Rachael will lead enterprise-wide data initiatives, transforming analytics into actionable insights that drive strategic growth and strengthen relationships with our carrier partners, customers, and teammates.

Most recently, she served the Vice President, Data & Analytics for Bridge Specialty Group where she transformed accessible business data for teams enabling strategic growth for the organization. Hudson has held several leadership positions, including Regional Operations Leader for the Bridge Specialty Group National Brokerage offices, and Assistant Vice President & Team Operations Leader for Bridge Specialty Insurance Brokerage – Atlanta.

Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University and is a licensed Property & Casualty agent.

James Jiloty

Chief People Officer, Arrowhead Intermediaries

James Jiloty is Chief People Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries. In his role, Jiloty leads the organization’s people strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and performance while aligning talent initiatives with business objectives.

Most recently, Jiloty served as Vice President of Team Resources at Brown & Brown, where he led people-first initiatives and delivered shared services business partnerships. Prior to that, he was an HR advisor and consultant to hospitals and health systems nationwide and held HR leadership roles within a community health system in Central Florida. He has served as an adjunct professor for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University School of Business.

He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, a Master of Science in Leadership Development, and is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).

Karthik Kesavan

Karthik is the Head of Integration Management of Arrowhead Intermediaries. In this role, Karthik is responsible for driving the successful integration of businesses and initiatives, ensuring operational and strategic alignment.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Distribution at Bridge Specialty Group, where he spearheaded digital strategy and initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience across strategy, operations, digital and transformation, he has held senior roles at SiriusPoint, Zurich North America and McKinsey & Company.

Karthik holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, India.
